What is manpower consultancy?
Manpower consultancy is the supply of verified Indian workers to an employer abroad against a demand letter. Unique International sources, document-checks, trade-tests and medically clears candidates, files their visas and emigration clearance, and replaces anyone who does not join within the guarantee period.
Employers send us a demand letter; we return a shortlist of candidates who have been document-checked, trade-tested and medically cleared. Most of our mandates come from the Gulf, with growing volumes for Europe and North America.
What is included
- A requirement sheet agreed with you before sourcing starts: roles, numbers, pay, contract length, accommodation and benefits
- Sourcing through our own database, job portals, trade institutes and field recruiters in Punjab and neighbouring states
- Passport, certificate and experience verification, followed by trade tests for hands-on roles
- Interview logistics for visiting delegations or video rounds, and medicals at approved centres
- Visa filing, emigration clearance for ECR passports, pre-departure orientation and airport handover
- Replacement of any candidate who fails to join or leaves early, within the agreed guarantee period
